Struggle is good

I have been struggle to be green these few days. I basically had three consecutive losing days. Not big losing days, but they are red. I just feel somehow frustrated and lost. Anyway, I will go through last month's trade list again. Just to get a feel of how I trade when I traded well. Hopefully, I can do better for the rest of month. Struggle is good.

Interesting day

I was down about 80 bucks for the first two stupid trades, took way too much risk and did not have a good risk management. However, I was able to put it all together by the end of the day. Thanks to TSO giving out free money at the end of the day.

Someone had a refreshing ARCA size at 31.25 at last hour of trading. I just kept bid at 31.25 and offered at 31.27 for maybe 10 times, later I kept about 200 shares and it had a good run up. I was pretty convinced as the volume bar was coming in by the end of the day. Anyway, I could have made 500 if I added in more size. Free money after all. Interesting day and interesting trade.

Monthly Summary, March 2008

3 out of 20 trading days were in red. If I can minimize that to 1 or 2 days, if will be much better.

I really want to keep this consistency going.

Tried to add before size more often. Different kinds of market requires different kind of strategies. Be flexible.

Patience....More patience. Why trade while market isn't moving, don't trade of the sake of my stupid ego..

Not too bad. No much movement. Tried to add before big size, made a few bucks. Small winners. Some stupid losers. There were still times that I get out my loser too slow...

Good day but some bad trades

Today I was up 200 in first two trades. However, I let one of the NWA trade go against me based on my previous experience, which was really wrong. I should have stopped trading when I saw the market didn't really have any direction. Anyway, good day.

One more week, I hope I can still have this consistency

I am glad that I made it today. I was up 100 something with my first trade, that was abit emotional for me. So, after that, I took few large losers, and down about 40 bucks. Then I slowly made my way back. Thanks to the volatile financial sector these days.

One more week to go. I hope I can keep this consistency going.

Consistency-new high

I would rather have a net zero day than to have a negative day. Anyway, glad to make new high again today. However, lost my patience after FED announcement, I need to take the volatile market into consideration next time.

I was being very selective about the trades I got in today. Most money made on IBN, that was a little bit of surprise. Anyway, being patient made my day.

My Feb Summary

Slow steady hopeful

Tried to clear my thoughts lately, my trading has been better, for sure, just not as better as I thought. So far I am up about 450 for the month. My goal is to hit 1000, however with only 4 days left, it becomes pretty hard. However, I am not going to change my goal, if I can’t make it to 1000 this month, I will just have to make more next month. I am sticking to it because I have the strong feel that I can do it.

Once again, do not pick bottom in this bearish market.

Once again, on a day like this, I got killed. Obviously, I have no discipline, trying to pick bottom, and ignore what the market told me. Follow the trend. Who do I think I am, trying to have opinion about the market? Anyway, gonna really keep my discipline from tomorrow onwards. May this be a valuable lesson to me.
